Puno Lake Titicaca 3Days / 2Nights

Day 1 Cusco - Lake Titicaca.(L)

We leave Cusco early in the morning on the Inka Express bus, which stops at four tourist sites along the way to Puno for a guided explanation. A buffet lunch is also included during the trip. We arrive to Puno at approximately 4:30pm. This evening, a representative will visit your hotel and explain about the following day's tour of Lake Titicaca.

Day 2 Peruvian Lake Titicaca Islands.

This day you will take a motor boat adventure on the Lake Titicacaca enjoying wonderful lake views and visiting the typical islands of the world¨s highest navigable lake. Here the natives built their own islands by adding periodically new layers of a unique plant called "totora" (a type of reed). Their homes and boats are made of this plant as well. You will then go to a real island where you will have lunch (try the exquisite trout of the lake). Take a walk through the hills and archaeological sites of this island. In the afternoon you return to your hotel in Puno.

Day 3 Transfer out.

Transfer from Puno city and to the Juliaca airport or to the bus or train station.
